 Compliance Officer

Are you interested in working in a challenging and dynamic organization which is growing steadily? Do self-initiative and a supportive attitude characterize your actions? 
We are looking for a  Compliance Officer to perform a variety of administrative tasks and support our company’s Compliance Department. We offer a temporary replacement. To be successful in this role, you should be well-organized, have great time management skills and be able to act without guidance. You would be the main administration and organizational support function for our Group Compliance Department. 

 

 

What You Will Do

  • organize Compliance Workshops and E-Learning worldwide (setting up dates for trainings, sending invitations, managing absences, no-shows, reminders, contacting overdue employees, preparing attendance lists etc.) 

  • coordinate trainings activities within the CRO Organization, coordination with our HR Learning Team

  • manage relationship with external suppliers (e.g. review and enhancement of training content)

  • prepare Compliance presentation slides and reports, take meeting minutes, draft correspondence in English

  • take care of Compliance intranet-site, cooperate with Internal Communications

  • support in various compliance tasks (e.g. internal regulations, controls, projects)  

 

What You Bring

  • self-organized and demonstrating self-confidence attitude, distinctive service orientation, excellent communication skills as well as great reliability – enjoy dealing with a lot of people on a daily basis

  • independent, structured and goal-oriented operation, maintaining high standards of quality and demonstrating good organization skills

  • work experience in a support and organizational function

  • good MS Office skills

  • very good spoken and written English, any additional languages (e.g. German) would be an advantage
