Do you want to shape enterprise-wide processes in a complex and regulated environment?
Are you passionate about aligning business and IT through structured process management and architecture?
Our Enterprise Architecture team defines and governs the architectural landscape across business and IT domains, ensuring alignment between strategic objectives, business processes, and IT capabilities. In this role, you will contribute to the design and evolution of enterprise-wide processes and collaborate closely with domain architects, product teams, and business stakeholders. Acting as a trusted advisor to the CIO and IT leadership, you will help ensure that IT decisions deliver measurable value, comply with governance standards, and support long-term scalability and resilience.
What You Will Do
- contribute to the design and evolution of enterprise architecture, with a strong focus on process management and process architecture
- support and drive process modelling initiatives using BPMN 2.0
- help ensure alignment between business processes, IT systems, and architectural standards
- collaborate with stakeholders across business and IT to define and improve end-to-end processes
- contribute to architecture governance and standards, supporting consistency and regulatory alignment
- take ownership of architectural domains, drive initiatives independently, and contribute to strategic decision-making and governance
What You Bring
- experience in enterprise architecture, with increasing responsibility in process management and architecture
- solid understanding of process modelling, including exposure to BPMN 2.0
- broad interest or experience across business, application, data, and technology domains
- experience in the financial services industry or other regulated environments is a plus
- master’s degree in a scientific field; PhD is an advantage
- fluent in English (both verbal and written); German is a plus
