Finance Data & Process Analyst

Do you enjoy turning finance data into decision-ready insights—and improving the processes behind it? Are you motivated by building scalable internal reporting, stronger data structures, and smarter automation in a finance environment? Join our Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team in Warsaw and help shape the future of controlling and internal reporting at SIX. In this role, you will strengthen data quality, standardize reporting outputs used for performance steering, and drive process improvements across tools and workflows—working closely with colleagues across Finance and international stakeholders.
What You Will Do
- Drive the digitalization and continuous improvement of controlling and internal reporting processes, with a focus on data quality, efficiency, and transparency.
- Translate business and finance requirements into scalable reporting solutions (definitions, KPIs, data structures) and support consistent governance.
- Lead and support initiatives/projects to optimize reporting data, processes, and tools (e.g., SAP Analytics Cloud / Analysis for Office, automation workflows), including testing and rollout.
- Tool ownership for selected reporting and automation solutions, including documentation, user support, and continuous enhancements.
- Partner with Finance (Controlling/Accounting) and business stakeholders in an international setup to align on needs, ensure consistency, and improve end-to-end processes.
What You Bring
- Experience in Controlling, Accounting, FP&A, or management reporting with a clear data and process mindset.
- Practical experience in process improvement and/or automation projects.
- Familiarity with generative AI and prompt-based workflows to support reporting and process automation, with attention to data privacy, model limitations, and output validation.
- Practical experience with SAP based tools such as SAP Analytics Cloud.
- Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills in an international environment; able to move topics from concept to implementation.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written). German or Spanish is a plus.
