What You Will Do
- spearhead collaborative efforts within a dedicated team, championing a culture of excellence through methodologies like pair programming and meticulous code reviews
- drive the agile development process forward by contributing to sprint planning, crafting comprehensive user stories, and diligently testing features to ensure optimal functionality
- foster seamless collaboration across departments by embracing frameworks like Scrum/SAFe, facilitating effective communication channels and maximizing cross-functional efficiency
- embrace a proactive approach to problem-solving, taking ownership of challenges, and leveraging innovative solutions to enhance product quality and streamline workflows
What You Bring
- proficiency in Java, TypeScript/JavaScript (with Vue.js proficiency), HTML, CSS
- sound grasp of technologies like JSON, XML, YAML, Quarkus, Helm, Docker, Linux/OpenShift, RESTful APIs, and CI/CD pipelines
- hands-on experience with SQL databases such as MySQL
- exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities, coupled with a collaborative and resilient demeanor
- fluent verbal and written English skills (German proficiency is a bonus)
