Located in the center of Warsaw, together with an agile team of experts, you will develop highly available and high-performance solutions for our customers in the financial sector. What You Will Do
- work in a strong team that puts quality first, using pair programming, code reviews, Gitlow, etc.
- work in Sprints, write user stories and test cases, work transparently, give and take feedback
- collaborate with cross-functional teams by usage of frameworks like Scrum/SAFe
- take over responsibility and ownership, challenge the status quo, eliminate waste, bring in new ideas and solutions
- conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to junior developers, fostering a culture of learning and growth
What You Bring
- development experience with Java, TypeScript/JavaScript (Vue.js), HTML, CSS (LDAP is a plus)
- deep know-how on technologies like Java Quarkus (Spring Boot), JSON, XML, Quarkus, Helm, Docker, Linux/OpenShift, RESTful APIs and CI/CD
- working knowledge of SQL databases like MySQL and Liquibase
- strong interpersonal and communicative skills, team-oriented and resilient personality
- excellent verbal and written skills in English (German is a plus)
