 Fund & Regulatory Data Analyst

Are you passionate about fund data and financial markets? Do you enjoy solving problems, driving change, and influencing outcomes? Join our Global Data Operations team at SIX Financial Information as a dedicated and collaborative team player.
In this role, you’ll support and optimize onboarding processes for fund reference data, regulatory data, and fund documents. You’ll partner with product management and collaborate cross-functionally with data operations, product development, project management, and customer support. You may also coordinate with external partners and service providers to design and implement data workflows and analytical solutions.
This is a full-time role based in Warsaw, with the flexibility to work remotely up to 40% under our hybrid working model.  We are currently looking for 2 Analysts to join our growing team.

What You Will Do

  • onboard and process fund reference data, regulatory data, and fund documents from multiple sources into feed and display products
  • work with both industry-standard and proprietary formats, including transformation, field mapping, and data normalization
  • monitor and maintain the quality and timeliness of incoming data feeds
  • collaborate with asset managers, relationship managers, customer support, and product teams to resolve client queries
  • proactively drive initiatives to improve data quality and workflow efficiency
 

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or related field, plus at least 2 years of financial services experience
  • strong understanding of financial markets and securities instruments
  • proven analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in data structures, transformation, and quality assurance
  • motivated, detail-oriented, and well-organized team player with a proactive, solution-driven mindset
  • excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
