Global Mobility Coordinator (80-100%)

The purpose of this role is to manage and coordinate the Global Mobility as regards to compensation, social, fiscal and logistical aspects.
You will provide guidance and expertise to ensure best practices whilst overviewing global assignments, processes and procedures.
What You Will Do
- steer the assignment process from initiation to start
- being the first point of contact for business line and assignees at each stage of the assignments
- maintain, review and improve the Global Mobility processes and policies
- provide guidance and support to the assignees on matters relating to their tax, immigration, and legal requirements, if needed with external support
- collaborate with HR Business Partners, Business Leaders, Payroll as well as our Tax & Legal department
- coordinate assignment letter, permits and regulatory documents
What You Bring
- minimum 2 years of experience in international mobility practices in a similar position
- successfully completed studies in business administration, economics, human resources management or a comparable field of study
- excellent planning and organizational skills
- customer focus, ability to work in multicultural environment
- ability to negotiate and effectively solve problems
- good communication skills as well as systematic and accurate working methods
- self-motivated learner with the ability to work autonomously and with colleagues globally
- very good verbal and written English, any other language is a plus
- experience with assignments in Switzerland and Spain is a plus
