Are you ready to take on a dynamic role that combines personnel management with hands-on HR advisory and coaching for managers and employees?
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced professional with strong expertise in HR consulting who is passionate about making an impact. If this sounds like you, we invite you to apply for the position of HR Consultant.
In this role, you will report to the Head of HR Advisory in Switzerland and collaborate with international HR consultants to support managers and employees located in Switzerland.
What You Will Do
- provide guidance and support to managers and employees based in Switzerland on HR operational topics related to the full employee life cycle (recruitment, assessment, development, retention, transfer, etc.)
- ensure proper execution of HR processes to mitigate risk, while actively identifying workflow inefficiencies and driving continuous improvement
- collaborate with HRBP’s, HR Centers of Expertise and the HR Service Center to deliver cohesive and aligned HR solutions that meet business needs
- manage a variety of administrative and coordination tasks to support seamless HR operations
- coordinate and implement the annual compensation review process within the assigned area of responsibility
- work in partnership with both team members in Switzerland and global HR teams and departments, actively contributing to the implementation of Swiss and global HR projects and initiatives
What You Bring
- master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline
- at least 5 years of professional experience in HR consulting or personnel management, including a minimum of 2 years working in an international HR environment, supporting European-based staff, preferably in Switzerland
- strong track record in consulting, with demonstrated problem-solving abilities and excellent interpersonal communication skills
- proven ability to function within an international matrix structure and manage diverse cultural dynamics
- proficiency in HR Information Systems (HRIS), particularly SAP SuccessFactors
- excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in German is considered a strong advantage
