Are you ready for a dynamic role that blends personnel management with hands-on HR advisory and coaching for managers and employees?

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced HR professional with strong consulting expertise and a passion for driving meaningful impact. If this sounds like you, we invite you to apply for the position of HR Consultant.

In this role, you will report to the Head of HR Advisory in Switzerland and work closely with international HR consultants to support managers and employees across Switzerland.

 

 

What You Will Do

  • provide guidance to managers and employees in Switzerland across the full employee life cycle, including recruitment, development, retention, and internal mobility
  • ensure effective execution of HR processes, mitigating risks while identifying opportunities to improve workflows and efficiency
  • partner with HRBPs, Centers of Expertise, and the HR Service Center to deliver consistent and business-aligned HR solutions
  • manage administrative and coordination tasks that enable smooth HR operations
  • lead and execute the annual compensation review process for your assigned area
 

What You Bring

  • university degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • minimum of 5 years of experience in HR consulting or personnel management, including at least 2 years in an international HR environment supporting European-based employees (ideally in Switzerland)
  • strong consulting background with proven problem-solving capabilities and excellent interpersonal skills
  • ability to operate effectively within an international matrix structure and navigate diverse cultural environments
  • proficiency in HRIS tools, particularly SAP SuccessFactors, and excellent communication skills in English; German proficiency is a strong advantage
