Learning Junior Specialist (80-100%)

We are looking for a dedicated team player to join our HR Global Team as a Learning Specialist, who will be part of our SIX Academy Team. We offer a temporary contract with SIX and the role will be based in Warsaw. We are a global, multidisciplinary, and collaborative team that provides the best service to our internal customer by supporting their training needs and creating a quality Training Plan adapted to the company’s business environment.
What You Will Do
- support in the preparation and delivery of the Training Plan, coordination of unplanned training activities
- end-to-end management and follow up of training activities: contact with suppliers, registration and maintenance of training activities in the Learning Management System
- support to trainers and participants in: registration, notifications, sending of material, incident management, assistance and counselling, invoicing management and follow-up
- back-up to all the functions developed in the SIX Academy
- contribute towards continuous improvement of initiatives in new projects and events
What You Bring
- 1-3 years experience in an L&D role
- University Degree. HR Master’s Degree is desirable
- knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors solution
- pro-activeness, problem-solving attitude, and readiness to try out new solutions
- self-organizational, detail-oriented, time management skills as well as ability to learn fast
- teamwork orientation and eagerness to support others at their work
- fluency in English, Spanish would be a plus
