This is a unique opportunity to combine leadership, operational expertise, and deep financial data knowledge to drive service excellence, support product innovation, and build strong partnerships with clients, providers, and internal stakeholders.

 

What You Will Do

  • lead and manage the Fund Full Holdings Intake team, including resource planning, coaching, performance management, knowledge sharing, and stakeholder communication.
  • oversee the onboarding and maintenance of fund data providers and services, including file analysis, mapping configuration, testing, deployment, and operational support.
  • ensure data quality and service excellence across Fund Full Holdings products, acting as the escalation point for complex data, processing, and client issues.
  • drive process improvements, automation, and operational efficiency initiatives to enhance scalability, quality, and service delivery.
  • collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to define requirements, support product enhancements, and contribute to the development of new data solutions and services.

What You Bring

  • strong knowledge of fund data, portfolio holdings, and financial instruments, including mutual funds, equities, fixed income, and derivatives, with a solid understanding of fund data structures and analytics.
  • proven experience in Fund Administration, Asset Management Operations, Data Management, or a related middle-office environment, with exposure to onboarding and operational processes.
  • strong analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to investigate complex data issues, identify root causes, and drive effective solutions.
  • experienced in stakeholder and client engagement, with excellent communication skills and the ability to manage requirements across internal teams, external providers, and business partners.
  • collaborative and proactive leader with a strong service mindset, capable of driving process improvements, supporting team development, and fostering a culture of quality, accountability, and continuous improvement.
