Join our growing Architecture Practice as an IT Solution Designer / Application Architect supporting our dynamic teams, shaping the architecture of applications as we transform to meet the ever-evolving demands of our products and business. We are looking for a professional driven by passion for data, technology transformation, and cross-functional collaboration. As a member of our Architecture team, your influence will not just shape the architecture and our engagement across the department, but also help chart the course for our future state.
What You Will Do:
- Design, drive, and maintain end‑to‑end solution architectures in close collaboration with Senior Architects, development teams, and business stakeholders, ensuring alignment with target architecture, principles, standards, and governance.
- Shape and evolve the future‑state architecture and technology roadmap across the landscape, contributing to strategic architectural decisions and long‑term modernization initiatives.
- Support SAFe System Architects within Agile Release Trains by establishing and maintaining the architectural runway to enable continuous delivery, architecture evolution, and emerging business demands.
- Build strong, trust‑based relationships with business stakeholders, developers, and fellow architects to translate business needs into robust, scalable, and well‑documented architectural solutions.
- Ensure adherence to enterprise architecture standards, security, risk, and regulatory requirements, while supporting technology evaluations and the design and delivery of proofs of concept and prototypes.
What you will bring:
- 3+ years in a technical leadership capacity, 5+ years in an architecture capacity, with experience in the global financial services sector, particularly in Financial Information and high-volume Data Management at scale a plus
- Good knowledge of diverse technologies and solution architecture patterns, and with a drive for innovation. Experience with both on-premise and Cloud technologies and architecture paradigms, and the trade-offs between them.
- Understanding of AI technologies, integration patterns and emerging standards, and the foundational capabilities to enable AI growth and adoption
- Proficiency in English is mandatory, both written and spoken. Knowledge of Spanish and German is an advantage
- A vibrant personality and natural collaborator, with the capability to work across diverse teams, and foster strong, extended connections
