What You Will Do
-
consult and support the project managers
-
maintain project management documents, tools, processes and templates in alignment with our SIX standards

plan, lead, monitor and control of delivery objects, risks, milestones, lessons learned and KPI’s
-
plan, support and coordinate project meetings, workshops, project controlling and financial reporting
-
maintain and actively drive the stakeholder management and the communication plan of the projects in alignment with the project manager
What You Bring
-
university degree (bachelor or master) with at least 3 years of experience in PMO or project management
-
highly motivated person with a high level of responsibility and reliability
-
analytical and conceptual minded with a high client-focus
-
good communication and presentation skills as well as systematic and accurate working methods
-
project management certification (Prince2, PMI or equivalent) as well as knowledge of different project delivery methods is considered an asset
-
very good knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint, knowledge of PM/PPM tools like Planisware, Jira or Confluence is an asset
-
very good verbal and written skills in English; German is a plus
