QA Tester

To strengthen our quality assurance capabilities, we are looking for an experienced QA Tester to join our team in Warsaw. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the quality, performance, and reliability of our applications, working across both project-driven initiatives and ongoing change activities within an Agile and SAFe environment.
What You Will Do
- Plan, prepare, execute, and document test activities across projects and change initiatives.
- Manage the full QA lifecycle, including defect management, progress tracking, and reporting.
- Create, maintain, and improve high-quality test artefacts using JIRA/Xray and Confluence.
- Collaborate closely with business and IT stakeholders to ensure shared understanding of quality goals, risks, and results.
- Estimate testing efforts and support the evaluation of testing tools to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Apply test automation and AI-driven testing approaches to increase test coverage and quality.
- Work effectively in Agile and SAFe environments, adapting testing strategies to evolving requirements.
- Manage multiple priorities in parallel while ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
What You Bring
- Proven experience managing QA activities across both projects and ongoing change requests.
- Strong knowledge of software testing principles, methodologies, and best practices, with a structured and methodical approach.
- Hands-on experience working in Agile and SAFe frameworks.
- Practical experience with JIRA/Xray and Confluence for test documentation and reporting.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to explain risks, issues, and results to non-technical audiences.
- Strong planning and organizational skills, including the ability to manage priorities, meet deadlines, and estimate testing efforts.
