QA Tester
Location: Warsaw (hybrid)
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced QA Tester to join our team in Warsaw. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of our applications across both project-based initiatives and ongoing change activities. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, applying strong analytical skills, structured testing approaches, and excellent communication to deliver high quality results.
What You Will Do
- Plan, prepare, execute, and document test activities
- Manage all aspects of the QA lifecycle, including defect management & progress tracking
- Develop and maintain high-quality test artefacts using JIRA/Xray and Confluence.
- Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders.
- Estimate test efforts and support tool evaluations to optimize testing efficiency.
- Apply automation and AI-driven testing techniques to improve test coverage
- Work in Agile and SAFE environments, adapting testing practices to evolving needs.
- Manage multiple tasks and priorities while ensuring timely and high quality delivery.
What You Bring
- Proven experience in managing QA activities across projects and change requests.
- Strong understanding of SW testing principles, methodologies, and best practices.
- Structured and methodical approach to testing.
- Practical experience working in Agile and SAFe frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with JIRA/Xray and Confluence for test documentation.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to explain risks, issues, and test results to non technical stakeholders.
- Ability to set priorities, manage deadlines, and handle multiple parallel tasks.
- Skilled in estimating test efforts and evaluating testing tools.
- Fintech experience (reference data or market data processing) .
- Advanced knowledge of data analysis or data processing tools.
- Scripting skills (e.g. python)
