For our branch in Warsaw, we are looking temporary for a bright, dedicated team player to join our HR department as Recruiting Coordinator to play a vital role in coordinating the global recruiting process across our international business and corporate units and to provide a great candidate experience. Do you have 1-2 years of experience in customer service, ideally in recruiting coordination? Are you customer focused, passionate about candidate experience and like to connect with people? What You Will Do

  • support the international recruitment process through job posting, interview scheduling, conducting reference calls, organizing online assessments and pre-screening candidate CVs
  • manage relationships with candidates, hiring managers and other internal stakeholders, including HR specialists 
  • take part in onboarding of new joiners, offer trainings around recruiting excellence
  • contribute towards continuous improvement initiatives and “Employer Branding” projects/events
 

What You Bring

  • 1-2 years of customer relations experience, ideally in recruiting coordination 
  • very good communication skills both verbal and in writing
  • pro-activeness, problem-solving attitude and readiness to try out new solutions
  • self-organizational, time management skills as well as ability to learn fast; teamwork orientation and eagerness to support others in their work
  • fluency in English both verbal and in writing, German would be an advantage
