SAP Key-User Specialist

SIX Global Business Solutions, located in the heart of Warsaw, is part of SIX Group and has been awarded “Best Workplaces” in Poland for six consecutive years (2019–2024). We are looking for a motivated SAP Key-User to join our General Ledger team in Poland.
The General Ledger team manages all GL accounting processes and prepares regulatory reports for Swiss and international SIX companies. As an SAP Key-User, you will provide first-level support to users, contribute to SAP rollouts, and enhance automation processes. You will also maintain existing VBA automations and help transition them to modern automation tools.
This role is part of an international, collaborative team where you’ll interact across departments. To succeed, you’ll need strong accounting knowledge, curiosity to challenge existing processes, and the ability to bridge business and technical perspectives.
What You Will Do
- provide first-level support to SAP users and act as the go-to contact for GL processes
- contribute to SAP rollouts for SIX Group entities, including implementation and training
- maintain and further develop VBA-based Excel automations, migrating them to modern automation tools
- drive process improvements through scripting, automation, and digital solutions
- support financial closing activities (monthly, quarterly, annual) for selected entities
What You Bring
- degree in Finance & Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
- solid SAP expertise (SAP FI, GL/AP/AR/AA/MM)
- proficiency in VBA; knowledge of scripting (e.g., PowerShell, Python), SQL, or Microsoft Power Platform is a strong plus
- experience in accounting projects such as process improvements, system transitions, or implementations
- fluent in English and Polish (written and spoken); German is an advantage
