Do you want to shape the future of an Agentic Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) withing the Financial industry? We look for an SDLC AI Engineer to join our DevOps Tools Team in Warsaw, responsible for re-shaping the SDLC in the age of AI, integrating AI tooling across all stages and driving AI initiatives as well as adoption in the context of the SDLC. What You Will Do
- drive AI initiatives to optimize the end2end Software Development processes and support continuous delivery practices
- develop, evaluate and implement AI-based tools to enhance automation and efficiency across the SDLC
- lead the adoption of AI solutions across the Software Development Lifecycle by actively engaging teams, supporting change management efforts and fostering a culture of continuous learning
- monitor and maintain AI-enabled SDLC platforms and tools to ensure reliability and scalability
What You Bring
- proven experience as a developer in an Enterprise context
- thought leader with a passion for AI-driven solutions in software development and a consistent track record of ongoing research and applying innovative approaches
- ability to inspire Product Owners, Requirements Engineers, Architects, Tests and Developers across SIX to re-imagine their way of working and adapt new approaches
- expertise to evaluate, test, design and implement AI solutions using modern frameworks
- fluent in English (both verbal & writing), German is a plus
