As part of the IT organization serving the Financial Information business unit, we are continuously adapting our delivery model to optimize delivery of the business value expected by our customers. An agile transformation is already ongoing for several years, with a wide adoption of SAFe, DevOps, Scrum, Kanban within our teams.

 

We need you for this change! As a change agent, you will support teams in improving adoption of lean and agile principles and practices in their daily work. You will be part of the team leading our Agile Release Trains in their continuous improvement.

 

 

What You Will Do

  • Coaching of individuals and teams and helping them apply agile principles and practices
  • Support teams as their Scrum Master or Release Train Engineer
  • Facilitating continuous improvement at all levels of the organization
  • Teaching Agile practices and principles
  • Remove roadblocks that can impede progress
 

What You Bring

  • You have profound know-how in agile practices (Scrum, Kanban), agility at scale (SAFe, LeSS), lean practices
  • You are pragmatic, not dogmatic. You aim for incremental steps towards the organization’s goals, and are able to compromise when needed
  • You are experienced in coaching and teaching teams and individuals
  • You are able not only to teach but also to act, jumping into a role in order to improve a situation whenever needed
  • Self-organization, self-responsibility and continuous improvement are important to you
  • English is mandatory
