Do you want to work in a dynamic team in the area of Content Production of Financial Information? Are you passionate about data and state-of-the-art technology? We need your engineering skills and passion for designing and implementing new software solutions. As an experienced Senior Azure Developer, you will be at the heart of an international team of professionals making design decisions, analyzing and optimizing data flows, creating customer focused solution designs and implementing features to create an Azure based Portfolio Aggregation Service.
What You Will Do
- contribute to design and architecture for our new portfolio aggregation component
- engineer Azure data pipelines and help develop portfolio aggregation
- be part of the DevOps team supporting the portfolio aggregation platform (including Azure CI/CD pipeline)
- collaborate with different stakeholders (business, product managers, architects, developers) in Funds, ESG and regulatory domain
- drive data standardization, system scalability, improve quality
What You Bring
- experience in developing large scale backend systems using Python, JSON, Azure SQL, Azure API, REST
- experience in cloud computing, in particular Microsoft Azure technologies and services including test automation and CI/CD pipelines; experience with data pipelines with Apache Kafka
- experience with software engineering best practices (e.g. unit testing, code reviews, design documentation) and methodologies
- nice to have: Java knowledge and understanding of data lake and data pipeline implementation (including Azure Data Lake, Gen2, Apache Spark)
- strong team player with outstanding communication skills; good level of English (verbal and written)
