As a Senior Business Analyst, you will play a key role in bridging business needs and technology solutions. You will work closely with stakeholders, product owners, architects, and engineering teams to analyze business challenges, define solution requirements, and ensure successful delivery of high-quality digital products. With strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of both business processes and technology landscapes, you will shape product functionality end-to-end and ensure that business objectives translate into scalable, well-designed solutions.
What You Will Do
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements, translating them into clear specifications, user stories, and functional designs.
- Act as a key liaison between business and engineering teams, ensuring alignment between stakeholder expectations, product vision, and technical feasibility.
- Facilitate workshops, process analyses, and solution discussions to identify improvement opportunities and define optimal system and process solutions.
- Support solution design by working closely with architects and developers, validating requirements, clarifying functional questions, and ensuring successful implementation.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of requirements management practices, documentation standards, and agile delivery processes.
What You Bring
- Extensive experience in business analysis or requirements engineering, including stakeholder management, business process modeling, and translating complex business needs into actionable requirements.
- Strong understanding of software development environments, application architectures, APIs, and cloud-based solutions, enabling effective collaboration with engineering teams.
- Proven ability to facilitate workshops, drive requirement alignment, and manage priorities across multiple stakeholders and teams.
- Analytical, structured, and solution-oriented mindset with excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Experience working in agile environments and with modern delivery practices (e.g., Scrum); English fluency required, German skills are a plus.
