Are you passionate about structured financial processes and eager to drive improvements? Join us as a Business Unit Senior Controller in Warsaw or in Madrid and play a key role in shaping the financial reporting and planning for top management.
What You Will Do
- prepare insightful financial statements: create detailed financial statements, budgets, and forecasts for your respective business unit
- financial analysis: analyze financial data and provide insights to support strategic decisions
- monthly closing tasks: execute and ensure the quality of monthly closing tasks
- data accuracy and process optimization: ensure the accuracy of financial data and optimize financial processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy
- cross-department collaboration: work closely with various departments and finance business partners to understand performance drivers and cost developments
What You Bring
- educational background: degree in Finance, Controlling, or a related field
- proven experience: proven experience in controlling and financial reporting
- technical proficiency: proficiency in MS Office, especially MS Excel. Knowledge of SAP, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) being an advantage
- organizational skills: strong organizational skills and a service-oriented mindset
- team player: strong team player mentality in an international environment
- language skills: excellent English skills, proficiency in German is an advantage
