Senior IT Project Manager - IT Lifecycle, Migration, Infrastructure

Are you passionate about steering enterprise-wide IT initiatives across their full lifecycle—reducing complexity, increasing resilience, and delivering measurable business value? We are seeking a Senior IT Project Manager for our Corporate Function IT (CIT) to lead international, cross-functional projects in infrastructure, operations, compliance, and security in an international team. You will drive migrations, modernizations, and harmonization programs, establish robust governance, and help the organization sustainably adopt standards and new solutions.
What You Will Do
- Lead and deliver complex end-to-end IT projects across infrastructure, operations, compliance, and security in regulated environments
- Plan and execute migrations, decommissioning, and cutovers, ensuring data integrity, integrations, and risk control
- Establish and enforce governance, audit, and security standards; provide transparent steering and management reporting
- Drive stakeholder engagement, change management, training, and communication to enable adoption and standardization
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and vendors; prepare decision papers and materials for boards and committees
What You Bring
- 7+ years of IT project management experience (ideally in financial or other regulated environments) with proven delivery in infrastructure, compliance, and operations
- Certifications in PRINCE2, PMP, IPMA or equivalent; strong, pragmatic use of agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) in hybrid setups
- Proficiency with Jira/Confluence, Jira Service Management, Office 365, Planisware, and risk management tools; familiarity with BMC ITSM Suite, Enterprise Architect, access management, and firewall/network tools
- Excellent analytical and conceptual skills with structured problem-solving, clear communication, and strong stakeholder/change management; high initiative, organization, and assertiveness with empathy and EQ
- Knowledge of IT operation technologies such as datacenter
