 Senior IT Project Manager - ServiceNow Platform, AI & Unified Ticketing

Are you ready to shape the next generation of service management at SIX? We seek a Senior IT Project Manager to join our IT Project & Portfolio team in Warsaw, responsible for delivering complex ServiceNow platform programs, managing integrations and migrations, and driving change and adoption across the organization. What You Will Do

  • Lead multi-year platform programs using PRINCE2 stage-gate control in regulated financial environments
  • Oversee ServiceNow ITSM delivery, tool consolidation, and ITIL operating-model design across CF/BUs
  • Manage integrations, data migration, and system cutovers ensuring compliance, security, and auditability
  • Drive organization-wide change, training, and communication to support adoption and standardization
  • Identify automation and AI opportunities, track impact metrics, and steer vendor and executive governance

 

 

What You Bring

  • 7+ years of IT project management experience with proven PRINCE2 or PMP experience leading complex IT transformations in regulated sectors
  • In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM modules and migration from legacy platforms (BMC, Jira)
  • Strong technical acumen in data integration, migration testing, and cutover execution
  • Demonstrated ability to drive stakeholder alignment, training, and adoption programs
  • Excellent command of English; German and Spanish is an advantage, with on-site presence at least three days per week in Warsaw
