 Senior IT Service Manager

With bLink, SIX makes available a highly scalable platform for standardized interfaces (API, application programming interface) to financial institutions as well as to software and service providers. Platform participants connect with each other efficiently and securely. They exchange various types of financial data with each other in order to offer their customers innovative solutions in different areas and segments.

To ensure the service quality and offer best in class interactions for our growing client base, we are therefore looking for a Senior IT Service Manager. By being our face and main contact for new and existing clients, you help two agile Software Development Teams in Zurich, Switzerland to deliver value for our customers through service.

 

 

What You Will Do

  • ensure team follows best practices and maintain service level agreements

  • assist new clients during the Onboarding Phase for bLink answering questions and acting as quality gate

  • communicate changes and releases to client base

  • together with existing team, develop and enhance issue tracking process

  • develop problem management and service improvement measures

  • represent our clients during the evolution of services

 

What You Bring

  • broad technical understanding, preferably Computer Science background
  • good understanding of Service Levels and Service Level Agreements (SLA’s)
  • empathy and ability to understand customer needs
  • experience with Customer Service
  • written and verbal communication skills in English
