Senior Solution Architect - Workplace

As part of SIX IT Infrastructure & Operations, we continuously innovate our customer's experience by providing technically mature, sustainable, and up-to-date services. You will contribute to that by ensuring that our building blocks are fit for purpose and well aligned.
What You Will Do
- Drive the design and integration of workplace solutions into the enterprise IT landscape, ensuring alignment with architectural standards and business objectives
- Lead solution architecture for projects, validating requirements and ensuring compliance with security, risk, and regulatory frameworks
- Define and maintain the digital workplace roadmap, incorporating emerging technologies such as Microsoft 365 Copilot, automation, and zero-trust principles
- Collaborate with IT Competence Centers and business stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure, and user-centric solutions
- Establish measurable success criteria for adoption, compliance, and operational efficiency, and report progress to senior leadership
What You Bring
- Degree in IT or Computer Science; industry certifications (e.g., Microsoft, ITIL) are an advantage
- Proven experience as a Workplace Solution Architect in complex, regulated environments (finance or pharma preferred)
- Expertise in designing and integrating enterprise-grade solutions using M365, Exchange, SharePoint, Intune, and modern workplace technologies
- Strong analytical and consulting skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and manage competing priorities pragmatically
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English for both technical and business contexts; German and/or Spanish is a strong plus
