SharePoint Engineer

Are you passionate about collaboration technology and eager to work in a dynamic, international environment? Join our Collaboration Engineering Team, where we design, implement, and manage Microsoft 365 solutions — including our upcoming SharePoint Online-based intranet. You’ll play a key role in providing modern collaboration services within our Digital Workspace EngOps environment.
What You Will Do
- design, configure, and implement SharePoint Online solutions for the corporate intranet
- provide engineering and third-level support for Microsoft 365 collaboration platforms (SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Power Platform)
- maintain and continuously improve existing systems through automation and scripting (e.g., PowerShell)
- collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance
- support ongoing engineering initiatives across Teams, OneDrive, and Power Platform
What You Bring
- at least 3 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 technologies
- strong technical knowledge in SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, and Power Platform
- demonstrated expertise in engineering-level implementation, automation, and support
- excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills
- fluent in English; knowledge of German, Spanish, or Polish is an advantage
