Software Engineer

As part of the IT organization serving the Financial Information business unit, we are continuously improving our customers' experience.
Our portfolio of applications covers different aspects of our business needs, e.g. intake of data, streaming, licensing, notifications & customer support. We are using state-of-the-art technologies for every stage of our systems, which we operate as well.

What You Will Do
- Execute full lifecycle software development.
- Collaborate with the product owner and other team members in order to provide suitable software solutions to requirements.
- Ship high-quality, thoroughly reviewed code on time.
- Actively participate in regular Scrum ceremonies and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Maintain and support the software in production.
- Have on-call responsibilities.
What You Bring
- Degree in Computer Science or a similar field with 3+ years of software/ information systems development experience using technologies like: Java, Quarkus or Spring.
- Back end knowledge, mainly API oriented (REST, GraphQL) is a must.
- Knowledge in Reactor/WebFlux and SQL would be an advantage.
- Strong sense of quality through integration tests and unit tests.
- DevOps skills would be an advantage like Jenkins, GitLab, OpenShift.
- Strong work-ethic, ability to work independently and prioritize tasks with good analytical and problem solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written skills in English.
