Agile Portfolio Operations is responsible for the management of business requirements (primarily data changes such as strategic initiatives, regulatory requirements, migration of exchanges platforms, etc.) prioritization process. By ensuring that the most important requirements are implemented first, the team helps to optimize the value we deliver to our clients.

The Specialist Agile Portfolio Operations leads prioritization meetings, maintains an overview of the requirements' prioritization process, all the while supporting and promoting agile collaboration methods (e.g. SAFe).

 

 

What You Will Do

  • Be the entry point for all requirements from various stakeholders, and actively monitor incoming requirements in terms of deadlines and quality

  • Develop guidelines for the requirements' prioritization process to ensure efficient handling

  • Prepare, moderate and post-process the regular meetings in which the requirements are reviewed and prioritized

  • Closely cooperate and coordinate across the organization with Business Owners, Business Change Management, Business Analysts, Product Management, Sales, Client Service and the IT teams across our Swiss, Polish and international locations

  • Contribute to the further development of agile ways of working along the entire value chain with focus on SAFe

  • Introduce and optimize KPIs for the requirements process (e.g. for value flow and strategic alignment)

 

What You Will Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, IT or related fields
  • Strong task coordination, prioritization, analytical and conceptual skills, and an ability to communicate with stakeholders at different management levels in business and IT

  • Interest in the financial industry; experience within the financial industry most welcome

  • Excellent English in spoken and written form is a must. German is a strong plus

  • Experience in Atlassian collaboration tools (JIRA, Confluence) and agile methods/frameworks (SAFe) is advantageous
