 Specialist Customer Administration (with French)

You will be responsible for all supporting and administrative activities occurring in the sales department and for the implementation of financial information systems at the customer's site.



What You Will Do 

  • generating contracts into internal entitlement system

  • being responsible for the entitlement for licenses data

  • managing the billing process, including accruals

  • ensuring data compliance

  • handling of customer requests in regard to entitlement, license issues, contract issues and providing information about data, prices and exchanges


What You Bring

  • commercial education

  • work experience in a similar environment in customer administration

  • strong flair for figures, customer-oriented, working accurately, well organized and proactive mindset

  • very good oral and written knowledge of English and French
