Specialist Customer Administration (with German)

Are you enthusiastic about customer-oriented work in the financial sector? Do you enjoy dealing with internal and external interfaces and do you like to take on responsibility? Then become part of our Customer Administration Team.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for all supporting and administrative activities occurring in the sales department and for the implementation of financial information systems at the customer's site. Your contribution will be instrumental in ensuring seamless operations and exceptional service delivery.
What You Will Do
-
generating contracts into internal entitlement system
- being responsible for the entitlement for licences data
- managing the billing process, including accruals
- ensuring data compliance
- handling of customer requests in regards to entitlement, license issues, contract issues and providing information about data, prices and exchanges
What You Bring
- commercial education
- work experience in a similar environment in customer administration of at least 3 years

strong flair for figures, customer-oriented, working accurately, well organized and proactive mindset

very good oral and written knowledge of English and German (C1)
