The key effort of the role is on designing, developing and implementing projects, programs and processes  for our talent management, succession planning and performance management. The Specialist Talent Management works closely with senior leadership teams across the SIX Business Units, Corporate Functions and HR to identify development needs and create strategic solutions for improving our talent pipeline and future skills across the entire organization.
This position does not have direct reports but will work closely with various levels of leaders and managers to design, develop, and implement talent management programs globally.

What You Will Do

•    you are responsible for managing, steering and further improving our annual Performance & Development Cycle and related processes across SIX Group globally.
•    you design, develop, and implement global talent development programs/processes for our key talent globally. Talent Management processes/programs include: talent planning and succession management, employee engagement surveys, talent assessments, talent identification process, and career development
•    partner with key internal stakeholders to ensure positive and impactful implementation of programs/processes. Provide talent management related consulting and administrative support to global HR and business partners, as necessary.
•    identify and support enhancements to talent management programs/processes based on relevant best practices, external trends and data analytics


What You Bring

•    master’s degree in Organizational Psychology, HR, or relevant field.
•    3-5 years experience with talent management, performance management, and/or career development in global organization(s).
•    exceptional ability to influence senior executive stakeholders
•    adaptable style and approach as required in a range of complex situations
•    mature, talented to plan, organize, and manage multiple tasks effectively and efficiently in a fast-paced environment; able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
