Strategic Procurement Specialist

Are you an experienced procurement professional with a passion for driving cost efficiencies and optimizing supplier relationships? Do you thrive in an international environment, collaborating across teams to achieve the best purchasing outcomes? If so, this role is for you.
We are looking for a Strategic Procurement Specialist in Warsaw to support sourcing initiatives and to lead global procurement projects. In this role, you will work closely with business/IT stakeholders to identify the right partners, negotiate optimal supplier terms, and ensure seamless contract execution in coordination with Legal and Compliance.
What You Will Do
- lead sourcing initiatives for (indirect) spend categories with a focus on professional services (e.g. managed services, external workforce, consulting) and other procurement categories
- collaborate with stakeholders to optimize supplier selection and negotiations
- drive cost reduction efforts and supplier performance management
- develop processes, tools, and best practices for procurement efficiency
What You Bring
- degree in IT or business administration, ideally with procurement certifications
- at least 5 years of experience in procurement or consulting
- strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills
- ability to work independently with a solution-oriented mindset
- fluency in English; German and/or Spanish is a plus
