System Engineer

Are you passionate about modern technology? We are an EngOps team responsible for the operation, optimization and continuous development of SIX corporate Email Infrastructure and services. You will be responsible for consulting, conception, implementation, support and migration of these environments in a modern Microsoft hybrid environment, as well as the continuous expansion of our security and compliance requirements.

You work in a diverse environment in close cooperation with various business units, and both internal and external clients.
What You Will Do
- Operation and further development of online and on-premis Microsoft Exchange infrastructure, including our Gateway and eMail encryption services
- Integration of new services into the existing mail backbone environment
- Collaboration and coordination with our various business units and international colleagues
- Participation in audits to demonstrate the resilience of our systems
- You are as comfortable working with a technical international team as you are with client business users, and you know how to build bridges between the two
- On-call service is necessary for our services
What You Bring
- You are well-versed in Microsoft Exchange online and on-premise solutions, Mail Gateway and encryption services with experience gained in an enterprise environment
- Experience as a system engineer with Microsoft solutions, preferably in the IT service provider area
- Initiative, resilience, flexibility, determination and reliability, openness and team player attitude
- Advanced English language skills, German and/or Spanish would be a plus
