Do you want to play an active role in building teams across countries? Join our Global Talent Acquisition Team as a Talent Acquisition Specialist in Warsaw. In this role, you will manage the full recruitment process, source and engage talent, partner with stakeholders, and contribute to continuous process improvements. What You Will Do
- Manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple areas, partnering with hiring managers on hiring requirements and market insights.
- Source, attract, and engage talent through diverse channels while coordinating and conducting interviews to ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience.
- Maintain accurate recruitment data and support continuous improvement initiatives across the team.
- Collaborate with peers and HR teams to plan hiring activities and align recruitment priorities with business needs.
- Support cross-functional initiatives that strengthen talent acquisition practices and foster effective collaboration.
What You Bring
- Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment for IT and Fintech roles in the UK, applying structured recruitment methods across the full hiring cycle. Experience in other global locations is an advantage.
- Hands-on experience with active sourcing and building strong talent pipelines through a variety of tools and channels.
- A global mindset, with experience working in distributed teams across countries and cultures.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
- Fluent English is required to support communication in an international environment. Additional languages such as German or Spanish are desirable.
