We are looking for a bright, dedicated team player to join our HR department as Recruiting Sourcer to play a vital role in identifying and attracting the best talents for specific open positions across business and corporate units and on various levels. What You Will Do
- steer the active sourcing strategy to identify and hire the right candidates
- confident in proactively approaching prospect candidates
- act as a trusted advisor and manage the recruitment process end to end
- manage relationships with candidates, recruiters, hiring managers and other HR specialists
- contribute towards continuous improvement initiatives and projects/events
What You Bring
- ideally 1 year of active sourcing experience, LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean searches
- good understanding of end-to-end hiring process, preferably in-house recruiting
- excellent communication skills with knowledge of how to attract and engage candidates, especially passive
- multitasking and well-organized way of working as well as ability to quickly prioritize and handle multiple assignments
- fluency in German and English. Spanish is a plus
