Test Automation Engineer

At SIX Global Business Solutions, located in the heart of Warsaw and proudly recognized as one of Poland’s "Best Workplaces" for six consecutive years, we are looking for a skilled and proactive Test Automation Engineer to join our international Scrum team.
In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain automated testing solutions to ensure our weekly releases meet the highest quality standards. A key focus will be driving the transition from manual to automated testing, in close collaboration with our DevOps engineers. You will also play a critical role in analyzing production issues and providing detailed feedback to the development team to support continuous improvement.
What You Will Do
- design and maintain comprehensive test plans and test strategies
- execute, coordinate, and document testing activities using tools such as Xray
- identify and implement improvements in testing processes and toolsets
- manage internal test environments and support business acceptance testing
- analyze and report on software defects originating from production incidents
What You Bring
- several years of hands-on experience as a Test Automation Engineer
- proficiency with test and documentation tools (e.g., Jira, Git, and optionally Xray)
- solid knowledge of Linux and command-line tools
- strong team player with excellent communication and collaboration skills
- excellent communication skills in English; German is a plus
