We are currently looking for a Windows System Engineer to join our PAM team. You should have extensive knowledge on design, build, implementation, administration and troubleshooting Windows Server technologies with a focus on VDI environment in an PAM context.
As a System Engineer you will interact and work closely with different DevSecOps teams, Security experts and business analysts as well as other relevant stakeholders.
To help us moving forward our strategic focus topic, we are looking for a bright mind with a distinct delivery attitude.
What You Will Do
- design, develop and operate our Microsoft Tech-stack (OS, Middleware, Microsoft Identity Manager, Monitoring etc.) in a “tiered Active Directory Environment aka ESAE” with focus on VDI and virtualization layer
- continuous documentation to support ongoing PAM / VDI solution operations, maintenance and specific problem resolution
- apply analytical, technical and business skills to comprehensively resolve complex business requests and operational tasks
- proactively identify and resolve challenges and issues that may impair the team’s ability to meet strategic, business, and technical goals
- assure the environment is following our security and compliance baseline and address vulnerabilities
What You Bring
- 5+ years’ experience designing, implementing and managing Windows Server Systems
- experience with virtualization (Hyper-V) and VDI
- a high level of technical knowledge for diagnosis, troubleshooting and problem analysis with the ability to clearly communicate the results of problem analysis to stakeholders
- must be team-oriented and able to collaborate across many participating teams
- strong security driven mindset is a plus
- very good verbal and written English skills
