 Customer Operations Specialist

You will be responsible for managing a sales territory in collaboration with a sales representative. You will also handle all supporting and administrative tasks related to sales and the implementation of financial information systems for clients.

 

 

 

What You Will Do 

•    Manage a customer sales territory in collaboration with Sales and Account Managers for all sales activities related to financial services products in the Western Switzerland region.
•    Respond to all customer inquiries regarding products, functionalities, data, pricing, exchange permissions, and complaints.
•    Create and process customer contracts in the financial customer information system
•    Initiate invoicing and monitor dunning and accruals
•    Responsible for product and data entitlements, as well as planning, coordinating, and monitoring customer and sales projects

 

 

What You Bring 

•    Commercial education
•    Work experience in a similar environment in middle or backoffice of at least 3 years
•    Strong flair for figures, customer-oriented, working accurately, well organized and proactive mindset
•    Very good oral and written knowledge of English, French and German (C1)
