Head DevOps Application Manager (80-100%)

Are you passionate about leading a team and taking ownership? Do you want to work in an agile, self-organized environment where collaboration, trust, and innovation are paramount? Then, our motivated DevOps Team wants to hear from you. Our goal is to continuously improve our Repo Trading Platform (CO:RE) and driving innovation. We offer 3 days home office a week and a lot more.
What You Will Do
- leading and managing a DevOps team of 8 people
- ensuring stable operation, change and life cycle management
- responsible for Incident management
- developing new features and improvements
- manage various stakeholders and vendors
- providing on-call services (every 10th week), home office is possible
What You Bring
- + 5 years of experience as an “Application Manager” within an agile environment having lead team of “DevOps Engineers”
- broad working knowledge in deployment and configuration management tools on Unix systems
- good know-how in Java, SQL, Messaging and and OpenShift
- high motivation, team player personality, good interpersonal skills
- good verbal and written English and German would be a plus
