We are seeking a Document Management Specialist with.NET and M-File experience to join our team. This role is crucial in maintaining and improving our document management systems, ensuring compliance with regulations, and contributing to the overall efficiency of our operations.
What You Will Do
- Configure M-File document management software to create workflows and automate manual processes
- Implement electronic document processing, retrieval, and distribution systems in collaboration with other information technology specialists
- Develop, document, or maintain standards, best practices, or system usage procedures
- Assist in determining document management policies to facilitate efficient, legal, and secure access to electronic content
- Continuously improve the document management system based on user feedback and changing regulations
What You Bring
- Proven experience as a Document Management Specialist or similar role
- Knowledge of .NET framework
- Familiarity with industry regulations related to document management
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Collaborate with the project team and other internal cross-teams for developing, testing and deploying code in support of our regulatory efforts
- Communicative, team-oriented and resilient personality – German is mandatory
