Are you a passionate person with long-term experience in Employer Branding and managing Young Professional Programs like the Graduate Program? And would you like to drive both topics to a global level in an exciting, dynamic fin-tech environment? Then our global Talent Acquisition team responsible for Recruiting, Sourcing, Employer Branding and Young Professionals wants to hear from you!

 

We are looking for a bright, dedicated team player to join our HR community. Together with the team you will drive the Employer Branding roadmap and run the Young Professional programs globally. In addition, you play an important role in bringing our international Talent Acquisition strategy to the next level. The role will be based in Zurich-West, but you will be working closely with internal and external partners globally. The position can be offered in a job-sharing model. 

 

 

What You Will Do

  • drive the HR Employer Branding roadmap to a global level and act as our creative thinker to further strengthen our Employer Brand
  • run the Young Professional Programs and ensure the talent pipeline
  • support the growth strategy and further integration projects
  • work closely with the Talent Acquisition Specialists, our Business experts as well as the Communications team
 

What You Bring

  • 3-5 years of experience in Employer Branding or HR Marketing/Social Media

  • ideally background in managing Young Talent Programs such as the Graduate Program

  • international experience and open to work in a job-sharing

  • creative thinker but also structured and with the ability to work autonomously

  • fluent written and oral communication skills in German and English, Spanish is a plus
