As an Executive Assistant to our Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and member of the SIX Executive Board, you will act as a trusted partner, playing a key role at the heart of the Finance & Services leadership team. You will go beyond classical support tasks and contribute to the effective steering and execution of strategic priorities.
What You Will Do
- Act as a trusted sparring partner to the CFO, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and effective prioritization
- Manage the CFO’s agenda, inbox, travel and expenses with a strong focus on anticipation and proactive coordination
- Provide end-to-end support for Executive Board and committee-related activities
- Organize and drive high-level meetings, offsites, and leadership workshops
- Take ownership of selected team-wide coordination topics, and key operational initiatives
- Establish and continuously improve processes, standards and ways of working to enhance collaboration and efficiency
- Act as a central interface across senior stakeholders inside and outside the organization
- Take on additional managerial or project responsibilities in line with your experience and ambition
What You Bring
- Solid commercial education or equivalent, with 10+ years of experience supporting senior executives (C-level level preferred)
- Proven experience in setting up and optimizing processes in a complex environment
- Exceptional communication skills, professional presence and natural authority
- High level of discretion, integrity and sound judgment
- Highly structured, reliable and proactive working style with a strong ownership mindset
- Excellent organizational and coordination skills with a service-oriented yet assertive approach
- Proficient in MS Office tools
- Fluent German and English (additional languages such as Spanish are a plus)
