 Financial Planning Manager

The SIX Financial Planning Team is part of the “Strategy and M&A” unit within the CFO area of SIX and is responsible for group-wide forward looking financial planning and analysis. As part of our team you will play a key role in implementing the SIX Group mid-term financial planning process and performing other critical financial analyses, coordinating with teams and stakeholders across the business and providing outputs to the executive management and board of directors. Meanwhile, through the evaluation of new projects and initiatives, you will add value to the business while gaining in return a very diverse experience of SIX’ strategic undertakings. 

We are looking for a bright, motivated team player who will help us drive the team forward together with energy and creativity, in an international and fast-moving environment. 



What You Will Do 

  • support in defining and implementing the SIX Group mid-term financial planning process
  • responsible for the development and improvement of comprehensive financial planning models
  • preparation of decision documents for the highest bodies such as executive management and board of directors, as well as external parties (S&P, FINMA, consultants)
  • lead the financial evaluation of new projects from across the business
  • support the tracking, evaluation and reporting of key initiatives across the group
  • perform financial analyses for the CFO and CEO regarding e.g. current focus areas, external impacts and future M&A

What You Bring

  • At least 2-3 years experience in a role focused on financial analysis and modeling (e.g. FP&A, consulting, investment banking). Experience in financial sector is a plus but not essential.
  • analytical mind with problem-solving aptitude and high attention to detail
  • customer-oriented with the ability to collaborate and communicate well with multiple levels of stakeholders
  • advanced excel and powerpoint skills (VBA/coding is a plus)
  • fluent English (German is a plus)
