As Head Business Analysis Outbound, you will lead a dynamic and engaged team of 4 Business Analysts in charge of understanding, analysing the business problem, deriving business needs/requirements and then providing the solutions to those needs with regards to our data delivery and display products and channels. You will be responsible for the orientation, performance and development in line with the growth strategy of the team. You will act as a champion for SIX’s culture.



What You Will Do

  • develop your team in close cooperation with Business Analysis management team members and Delivery Agile Release Train stakeholders
  • support and challenge team members on outbound related requirements and topics
  • align your team with the department’s vision and goals and ensure cross collaboration where required
  • be responsible for the overall vision and strategy of your team and the prioritization of work
  • handle all HR related aspects of the team and foster our company’s culture

What You Bring

  • a minimum of 5 years of experience in the financial industry
  • knowledge of, or the ability to quickly accumulate knowledge of financial data delivery and display products and channels - key among them, API and cloud, combined with a strong customer focus
  • excellent stakeholder manager and team player with senior leadership and coaching skills
  • experience with change management initiatives in international teams and experience with agile ways of working; SAFe
  • Very good written and spoken English and German skills. Additional languages, especially French, would be a plus.
