Explore an exciting career opportunity within our Global Sales team, responsible for the sales of diverse asset classes, market, and reference data products & services. In your role, you will hold a key position in promoting and selling a wide range of secondary markets-related products and services associated with the Swiss Exchange equity franchise. This dynamic team operates at the forefront of industry trends, fostering an interdisciplinary approach that goes beyond traditional sales to encompass impactful contributions to business development and market structure topics.



What You Will Do  

  • spearheading sales and business development initiatives for Equities segments, showcasing a keen understanding of market dynamics

  • strategically planning, preparing, and executing sales activities, leveraging comprehensive market knowledge, observation, and analysis

  • unleashing cross-selling potential to achieve both short and long-term sales targets

  • proactively cultivating existing and new customer relationships within secondary markets, contributing to the active development and growth of the business


What You Bring

  • 5+ years' experience within capital markets and solid understanding of equity trading, market structure, Swiss and EU regulation, with respective market and client requirements

  • a well-established network in the secondary market realm, showcasing a track record of effective relationship-building

  • a strong commitment to customer orientation coupled with exceptional interpersonal skills, underlined by outstanding communication abilities

  • known for a structured and thorough approach in problem-solving, addressing requirements in a solution-oriented manner

  • proven ability and credibility to engage and influence senior decision-makers, reflecting a strategic and impactful approach

  • proficient in delivering excellent presentations, and possessing exemplary verbal and written communication skills in English, proficiency in German is a plus
