Do you want to work in a dynamic team in the area of Content Production of Financial Information? Are you passionate about data and state-of-the-art technology? We need your leadership skills and drive for guiding development teams with a small application portfolio. As an experienced leader, you will be at the head of an international team of professionals, supporting the staff in their development, providing strategic direction in alignment with stakeholders and architects, owning the technical quality and stability of your applications and managing development and maintenance in an agile setup.
What You Will Do

Personnel, professional and technical management of development teams with internal and external employees (RE, Developer, QA, DevOps).

Team building and development, including supporting the wider stakeholder team.

Work closely with business partners, product managers, peer teams and architects to support strategic alignment and drive success.

Support the definition of architecture, requirements, development, release, test, and operational processes and ensure they are followed.

Engage and support in agile delivery processes (SAFe, Scrum).

Vendor and financial management.

Contribute to the leadership team of Content Production with your manager and peers.
What You Bring
-
Background in software engineering, ideally in the financial services industry.

Experience in leading development teams in an agile environment.

Ability to lead and motivate staff, and build strong relationships with stakeholders, including remotely.

Knowledge of deployment in Cloud and/or containerised environments is useful.

Good communication skills, verbal and written, in English.
