 Head SAP HR

As Head of SAP HR with proven experience and high motivation, you are able to adapt complex and highly integrated SAP HCM and SAP SuccessFactors services to changing customer requirements, to further develop and optimize existing solutions, and to introduce innovative approaches into the existing landscape. You recognize optimization potentials and you are able to implement them proactively and continuously in cooperation with the customer. You have the responsibility for all SAP HCM and SuccessFactors services, including solution architecture, operations as well as service enhancements.

 

 

What You Will Do

  • manage a cross-border team of 4 SAP HR consultants located in Zurich and Warsaw
  • consulting for internal clients regarding SAP HCM and SuccessFactors services and collaboration with business and other SAP teams
  • as a service bundle owner you are furthermore responsible for project costs, resource management, timelines, system governance, compliance and security
  • change management and project management: leading projects and manage request fulfillment, consulting for the respective business areas to ensure an optimal use of the IT solution within the business processes and solution design
 

What You Bring

  • min. 6+ years of experience in SAP HCM and SuccessFactors 

  • a good understanding of business technologies and interfaces 

  • excellent and deep know-how of HR business processes 

  • proficient in verbal and written English as well as German
