SIX Digital Exchange (SDX), a company owned by the Swiss Stock exchange, is building the first market infrastructure in the world to offer a fully integrated end to end trading, settlement and custody service for digital assets.


Do you want to work in an agile, self-organized environment where passion, trust and innovation are paramount? We are looking for an experienced Head of Sales to help us move forward and grow strategy. You will be working in a diverse environment in close cooperation with various business units and external customers.



What You Will Do

  • manage and execute the sales growth strategy 
  • manage and grow a team of talented sales professionals
  • drive customer engagement opportunities from lead generation through to closing in a target-driven environment
  • develop and strengthen senior relationships across a wide range of financial institutions including banks, insurers, corporates and central banks.
  • drive cross-selling opportunities across the wider business to deepen client relationships and build new revenue streams
  • represent and speak at key conferences and industry events and travel in the region as required

What You Bring

  • 10+ years of experience selling financial and/or technology products to institutional clients and strong relationships with Swiss Financial Institutions on senior level
  • proven track record of expanding businesses and exceeding sales targets
  • established experience in managing & developing an institutional sales function / team
  • collaborative mindset to build strong relationships within SDX, SIX, our client base, and industry players
  • good level of understanding of distributed ledger / blockchain technologies and their benefits
  • strong interpersonal and communication skills; excellent verbal and written skill in German and English is a must
