We are seeking an experienced and driven Business Analyst to join our international team (Spain, Poland, Switzerland) and play an important role in further development of Identity & Access Management (IAM) at SIX. The ideal candidate has a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills and passion for delivering exceptional customer experience.
As an IAM Business Analyst/Requirements Engineer, you will translate business requirements into IT language, design IAM processes and actively engage with stakeholders. Further, you will assist our customers in the C/IAM onboarding process and resolve problems and incidents related to IAM services.

What You Will Do 

  • take SIX' IAM discipline to the next level of maturity by participating in strategic projects and initiatives
  • engage with business and IT stakeholders to understand IAM requirements for new solutions and identify improvement opportunities
  • create new and improve existing IAM processes while ensuring compliance with risk and control frameworks and audit requirements
  • support the IAM team during compliance and audit activities, as well as solving problems and incidents
  • guide our customers during onboarding of their applications to the IAM and CIAM platform
 

What You Bring 

  • good expertise in the area of Identity & Access Management, its best practices, concepts, processes and regulatory controls
  • practical experience in requirements gathering and process design
  • proven experience and ability to work with internal and external auditors
  • strong conceptual, presentation and communication skills
  • fluent in English, German and Spanish as an advantage
